The flexible element has a flexible section (30), a flat section (32) and a conical section (11) which are in between the first end (10) and second end (20) in the vertical axis. A loop-shaped staff runs along the connecting axle from one end to another end on two opposite sides of the axle. An independent claim is also included for the stabilization device.
