<p>The device has a container (7) and a docking device (3) that is connected to a container (13) which is to be drained and cleaned. The docking device has a two-way system and a dip tube. The two-way system has a fluid guiding conduit and a conduit for discharging pourable or flowable substances of the container (13). A loading/unloading station (1) is arranged separately from a processing station. The container is brought to draining and cleaning position by combined lifting and tilting movement.</p>
