Floating large wind power installation comprises a rotor having a larger diameter to produce large revolutions and a rotor shaft positioned before and after rotor blades (1) which fixed to the rotor shaft so that the do not rotate about their longitudinal axis. The rotor blades are made from a heavy metal such as steel and are inclined so that the propelling forces act on the rotor blades. Anchor connections (18) join the installation with anchors (19) to the sea bed. Preferred Features: The rotor blades are complete or hollow profiles or partially complete or hollow profiles made from steel cast parts welded together and are provided with corrosion protection. |
