Multilayer PCB with built-in resistor

A multilayer PCB 101 comprises a plurality of thermoplastic resin films 21 having a plurality of via holes 52 formed therein and a plurality of conductive patterns. Interconnecting members 50 are provided in the via holes to electrically connect the conductive patterns. The conductive patterns include low resistivity conductive patterns 22 and a high resistivity pattern 35 which make up a resistor. Also claimed is the method of manufacturing the PCB including the step of heat pressing the stacked resin films. A multilayer PCB with built-in capacitor is also disclosed.
