<p>A method of preventing supersaturation of electrolytes with arsenic, antimony and bismuth in which the electrolyte solutions are contacted with stannic acid and the stannic acid is regenerated with electrolytically produced sulfuric acid having a higher concentration than the sulfuric acid in the electrolyte. The regeneration of the stannic acid chemisorbent is carried out in the same adsorber as the adsorption and using floating adsorbent particles in a bath.</p> |
