A head-rest arrangement for a vehicle seat has a head-rest (5) which can be vertically adjusted relative to a back-rest (4) and has a head-rest padding (7) and at least one vertically adjustable head-rest rod (8). In order to achieve individual adjustability, high comfort and high crash-safety, the head-rest (5) has an adjusting element (6) which can be vertically adjusted by the head-rest rod (8), the head-rest padding (7) is flexible and placed over the adjusting element (6), a front end (19) of the head-rest padding (7) is secured to the back-rest (4), and the shape of the head-rest padding (7) can change when the adjusting element (6) is vertically adjusted relative to the back-rest (4). This permits, in particular, the front end (19) of the head-rest padding (7) to be secured without gaps to the back-rest (4). |
