The device has a plastic U-profile which is installed into a recess of a bricking and is covered with a lining, and a curved mantle whose inner side is provided with a bracing. Another U-profile is inserted into a channel with an inclined angle and rubber pressing. Threaded bolts are inserted into the attachments at the complete profiles, and a gumming acting as a seal is formed between the U-profiles.
