PURPOSE: An underwater beam for easily discharging deposits is provided to improve the convenience by automatically opening and closing the water gate of the underwater beam according to the water level, and to prevent water pollution by discharging the deposit from the lower part of the underwater beam. CONSTITUTION: An underwater beam(100) for regulating the water level by a water gate is composed of a deposit discharge passage(20) formed in the lower part of the underwater beam to discharge deposit from the lower part of a river, a deposit opening member turned around a hinge in the deposit discharge passage for opening and closing the deposit discharge passage, a floating member formed in the underwater beam and lifted up and down according to buoyancy based on the water level, and a wire connected to turn the deposit opening member around the hinge in moving up and down the floating member. |
