A viewing-angle control sheet capable of suppressing a drop in the luminance of a screen. Lens portions having a trapezoidal section are arranged at a predetermined interval, and wedge- shaped portions between the adjoining lens portions are filled with a material identical to or different from that of the lens portions. The wedge-shaped portions have tip ends on the observer side and bottom faces on the image side, and are made of a material having a lower refractive index than that of the lens portions in at least their slope faces.
