The cartridge has a cartridge body (8) with a mixer chamber (18). A thermostatic regulation unit (80) has a regulation slide-valve (84) mechanically coupled to a thermoplastic unit (82). A control lever (50) regulates a flow rate and a temperature of the mixed fluid. The control lever drives a movable disk (40) in rotation and in translation, and to move the thermostatic unit inside the mixed fluid chamber.
