Invention describes metallocenes comprising different substitutes at positions 2 and 4 and system of ligands, in particular, metallocenes of the formula (I): and metallocenes of the formula (II): Also, invention describes a method for copolymerization of propylene and ethylene in the presence of catalytic system comprising at least one metallocene of the formula (I) and at least one co-catalyst and static copolymers of propylene with ethylene.
