FIELD: pipeline valves and fitting. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electric drive contains electric motor with gear wheel on its shaft and worm reduction gear with output shaft. Gearbox is made of light alloy. Steel cup with beat is installed in gearbox housing. Single-row thrust is installed in cup. Bearing is covered by steel washer pressed to cup by ring flange. Cover is fitted on ring flange. Races of thrust bearing are freely fitted with clearance on shaft of worm and in cup. Races of bearing are installed freely with clearance at end faces between cup bead and steel washer. ^ EFFECT: increased load carrying capacity, enlarged operating capabilities of electric drive. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
