FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: femoral prosthesis has acetabulum, head contacting with acetabulum through spherical elements, neck, trochanteric section and leg. Spherical elements are made in form of hemispheres. They are mounted motionless and along meridian on surface of head. The elements contact with bottom of acetabulum through poles. Joint capsule is made in form of truncated cone, which is made of laterally goffered material. Capsule is airtight fixed at edge of acetabulum and onto aureole, which is sub-capital disposed in area of neck. Cavity of capsule is filled with liquid which viscosity corresponds to synovial one. ^ EFFECT: improved durability; improved functional properties. ^ 2 dwg |
