The invention relates to metal machining for obtaining of finned heat exchangers from flat tubes. A device for producing finned tubes from flat tubes contains a table installed with possibility of longitudinal travel and made with possibility of fastening of a billet on it. The faceplate is located above the table, it is installed with possibility of rotation around its own axis and inclination toward the plane of table. The cutter with possibility of adjusting the angle of its inclination toward mentioned butt end of faceplate and turning around the axis is fixed on butt end of faceplate on the periphery parallel to longitudinal side of cutter. The latter has three working surfaces: cutting, transitional and forming. The invention ensures nonimpact process of cutting with formation of edges with identical geometric, and, consequently, thermodynamic characteristics. |
