PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor whose withstand voltage is improved without deteriorating capacity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor. SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic capacitor, a ceramic dielectric layer and an inner electrode layer are alternately laminated. The capacitor has a margin between the inner electrode layer and the surface of a chip. The margin has the SiO<SB>2</SB>deposition phase of a structure which is dispersed in the shape of a dendrite. The inner electrode is printed and laminated on the surface of a green sheet formed from ceramic material powder whose principle component is barium titanate. The electrode is cut into individual laminated chips and an outer electrode is formed, calcinated and re-oxidated. The SiO<SB>2</SB>content of 2.5 mol% or above is given with respect to 100 mol% of barium titanate. The electrode is heated and held at a prescribed temperature after calcination.
