PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated bath which can implement excellent workability and excellent heat retaining property. SOLUTION: A waterproof pan 1 for the prefabricated bath has a pan main body 10 and a first heat insulating body 20. The pan main body 10 has a bottom wall portion 11 bearing a bathtub 3 from below , and side wall portions 12 erecting from peripheral edges of the bottom wall portion 11. The pan main body 10 has a recessed portion 10a defined by the bottom wall portion 11 and the side wall portions 12, for preventing flowage of water to an underfloor area, and includes drain ports 13, 14 for discharging water in the recessed portion 10a to the outside. The first heat insulating body 20 is formed of a heat insulating material which is arranged inside the recessed portion 10a in a manner combining with the pan main body 10 in one body and covering a bottom-side rear surface 31 of the bathtub 3 without preventing draining from the drain ports 13, 14.
