PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-sheet containing a fullerene derivative, easily producible as an isolated material and usable as it is in various uses and provide a method for producing the nano-sheet. SOLUTION: The nano-sheet contains the 1st fullerene derivative expressed by general formula (1) and the 2nd fullerene derivative expressed by general formula (2) (Fu<SP>1</SP>is a bivalent group composed of a fullerene; Fu<SP>2</SP>is a tetravalent group composed of a fullerene; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are each independently a (substituted)alkyl or hydrogen atom; and X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are each independently a halogen atom).
