PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder, after the center of a rolled paper is pinched and pulled out, easily cutting off a piece of paper with the center of the paper pinched. SOLUTION: A pair of support parts 20 of a holder body 10 supports the rolled paper R. A biting part 12 biting into an outer circumferential part R2 of the rolled paper R in cutting off the piece of paper from the rolled paper R, is disposed only at the center of the holder body 10 between the pair of support parts 20.
