PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power terminal base on which cables such as VVF cables and round cables can be connected easily and their connection states can be checked at a glance. SOLUTION: By inserting the VVF cable 5 into a first opening 2a of the power terminal base 2, a tip of the VVF cable 5 can be checked visually from a second opening 2b. A transparent cover 3 covering the second opening 2b has a convex lens portion 3b with which the state inside the power terminal base 2 can be checked visually being magnified. Furthermore, since a mark 3c is formed on the convex lens portion 3b, it is possible that the connection state can be grasped easily by registering the mark 3c with the tip of the VVF cable 5.
