<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer which reduces running cost regarding the generation of steam. <P>SOLUTION: The steam sterilizer is provided with a sterilization tub 1 which holds a material to be sterilized and sterilizes it by impregnating steam, a steam injection space 2 which is formed next to the sterilization tub 1 in order to heat the sterilization tub 1, a steam generator 11 which generates usual steam by heating feed water and supplies the steam injection space 2 with the generated usual steam, and a clear steam generator 7 which uses the usual steam from the steam generator 11 as a heat source to generate clear steam by indirectly heating pure water, and supplies the sterilization tub 1 with the generated clear steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
