The invention relates to a fastening (7) for securing a coupling sleeve (6) rotationally and axially on a power take-off shaft (4) or a drive journal (5) of a self-propelled implement or tractor (1). To ensure play-free rotational and axial connection of the coupling sleeve (6) to the power take-off shaft (4) or drive journal (5), the fastening element provided engages at least partially with at least one locking surface (15) into an annular groove (12) of the power take-off shaft (4) or drive journal (5) and permits a play-free releasable connection. The fastening element can, for example, be a hexagon socket bolt (16) which engages with a tapered locking surface (15) in the annular groove (12).
