<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aptitude test method for lowering risk in recruitment and properly employing a staff with a truly valuable capability for a company. <P>SOLUTION: An aptitude test is carried out on existing staffs previously, and their performance appraisal results are accumulated appropriately. In recruitment of a new staff, a desired condition for a staff is set by using the performance result of the existing staff as an index. Based on the set index, information about a staff to be determined as a capable one based on the performance appraisal result is extracted, and his/her aptitude test result is extracted. A person to be employed is made to receive an aptitude test similar to that carried out on the existing staffs. When the aptitude test result of the person to be employed is within a range between the highest aptitude test result and the lowest one of the staffs to be determined as capable ones, the person to be employed is determined that he/she has high possibility to be a capable staff for the company. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
