PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure transferring apparatus capable of discharging easily and efficiently a remaining film and a remaining transferring layer, and preventing the quality of water in a water tank from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic pressure transferring apparatus 1 wherein under a condition that a transfer film 3 in which a hydrophobic ink film soluble in an organic solvent is provided on a film comprising a water-soluble or water-swelling resin is made to float on the water surface of the water tank 2, a bathtub 5 is pressed on the transfer film 3 to transfer the ink film on the bathtub 5, and a transfer slag, remnants and the like after the ink film is transferred to the bathtub 5 are pushed to flow down to the down-stream end 2a of the water tank 2 by using a partition plate 7, a recovering means 8 which recovers the transfer slag, the remnants and the like stuck on the partition plate 7, and makes them discharge to the outside of the water tank 2, is provided.
