PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which can be lowered to the lowest position through one action. SOLUTION: The seat includes a large feed mechanism which is composed of: a pin 145 provided on a part other than the center of rotation of a sector gear (plate) 131; an oblong hole 146 formed on one end part side of a long link 147 whose the other end part side is rotatably attached to a rear link 123, fitted with the pin 145 and extending in the longitudinal direction of the long link 147; and a holding means 201 for holding the pin 145 at the end part on the rear link side of the oblong hole 146.
