PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a regenerated product having high physical properties and stable quality, in recycling a plastic part. SOLUTION: In recycling the plastic part being a used product, the degree of deterioration of the plastic part is measured at first and a proper regeneration means is selected based on the degree of deterioration.
