PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid aggregate of which slip resistance is prevented from being reduced in a wet state without lowering drainage property even when it is used for a long period of time and to provide a method for producing the same, a paving material using the hybrid aggregate and a method for applying the same. SOLUTION: The hybrid aggregate is composed of an assembly of a plurality of particles, wherein elastic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1-5.0 mm and hard particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05-5.0 mm are mixed in a dispersed state.
