PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crushing blades and a crusher providing crushed object with uniform particle size distribution and causing little powder. SOLUTION: A claw drawing in a crushing object and a lot of crushing blades 28 are formed on a surface of the crushing roller 22 rotatably supported in a crushing vessel. A fixed blade member 32 is fixed at an obliquely upper part of the crushing roller 22. The crushing blades 28 are protrudedly formed with first grooves 26A formed in parallel along the axis of the crushing roller 22, and second grooves 26B formed in parallel in the circumferential direction. Dimensions and forms of the first grooves 26A and second grooves 26B are set so as to prevent finally produced crushed objects from exceeding a given length, regardless of the intruding direction of the crushing object into the spaces among the crushing blades 28, therefore, the particle size quality increases and powder generation is reduced.
