PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform elevating device which can make a smooth sliding motion. SOLUTION: A cavity-like guide section 101a is formed on a sliding rail 101, and a front section sliding member 112F and a rear section sliding member which support the elevating device are moved in the guide section 101a. The front section sliding member 112F to which a pushing-up force is imparted by the self weight of the elevating device has an upper slope 112d having a shape which agrees the upper slope 101d of the guide section 101a. The rear section sliding member to which a pushing-down force is imparted by the self weight of the elevating device has a lower slope 112c having a shape which agrees the lower slope 101c of the guide section 101a. Either one of the slopes reversely tilts in a manner to be laterally symmetrical, a core adjusting action is demonstrated by the sliding of the slopes with each other, and shaking is prevented from occurring.
