PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the driving device of an injection molding machine in which a position sensor can be arranged efficiently in a linear motor, and an influence on the detection accuracy of the position sensor is suppressed even when the axis of the linear motor is dislocated. SOLUTION: The driving device of the injection molding machine has the linear motor 14 composed of a hollow needle 18 and stators 16 arranged around the needle 18 and the position sensor 60 for detecting the position of the needle 18.
