<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type heat pipe capable of properly supplying working fluid to an evaporating portion even when it is used in a top heat mode. <P>SOLUTION: In this circulation type heat pipe wherein the evaporating portion 3 heated from the external and a condensing portion 5 diffusing heat to the external are communicated with each other by a vapor pipe 9 and a liquid returning pipe 8 to form a circular flow channel, and the working fluid 10 evaporated by being heated and condensed by radiating the heat is sealed inside of the circular flow channel, the inside of the liquid returning pipe 8 is provided with a wick 14 generating capillary pressure for circulating the working fluid 10 condensed by the condensing portion 5 to the evaporating portion 3, and a liquid flow channel 14C having a cross-sectional area larger than an opening area of a space where the working fluid 10 in the wick 14 flows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
