A screen image transmission procedure sets up (11) an ad-hoc wireless network (1), assigns (12) a static Internet Protocol (IP) address using a decentralised IP address resolution algorithm, builds a multicast network (13) link in the IP level, and generates compressed (14) data units from actual screen content of a data processor to send (15) to another data processor (3). - Independent claims are included for the following; - (1) a computer program product; - (2) a data processing unit.
