<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an armrest from hindering the introduction of a patient in the state of standing a backrest of a chair and to easily introduce a physically challenging patient, particularly a patient who can be in only a lying posture to a chair seat even in the state of laying the backrest of the chair. <P>SOLUTION: At the bearing parts of armrest support parts provided on both sides of the chair seat and having backward inclined parts, rotary shaft bars where armrest substrates are provided are pivoted rotatably so as to position the armrest in front of the backrest when used and to position it in rear of the backrest and in rear of the chair seat when it is retreated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
