<p>The method consists in determining the dimensions which are to be toleranced in each of the directions of a mechanical part (3) which is to be integrated into an assembly (1 - 6). Linkages between said parts are defined and the influence of said linkages on the dimension conditions (CC) is determined and modified with a sign. Zero-sum combinations of the values are then determined in order to reveal the dimensions which are to be looked at if the studied dimension condition is to be respected. The reference frame for the dimension is subsequently established by examining a specific combination of sub-combinations, whereby the sum thereof is +1 or 1. The inventive method makes it possible to obtain lists of contributors which involve the physical dimensions of the assembly, thereby facilitating the work of staff in charge of tolerancing.</p> |
