PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unified molding method by an accurate movable system of a nesting while having less possibility of damage of a core even when the unified molding is carried out by holding a plurality of thin plates with predetermined spaces. SOLUTION: The movable nesting 201 which is connected to a movable means, and the movable nesting pin 202 are provided, and by spacing a sheet metal 101 and a sheet metal 102 by the movable nesting pin 202 to insert the movable nesting 201, the nesting can be prevented from being damaged since thickness of the movable nesting 201 does not become thinner than the thickness between the sheet metals. Thus, the thickness of the movable nesting can be made to the thickness of space between the sheet metals, and a metallic mold having less possibility of damage is obtainable even for thin products, and furthermore, for a plurality of sheet metals, a compaction of molding cycle can be realized by means of simultaneously inserting a plurality of movable nestings.
