PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of reducing projected dimensions. SOLUTION: This fixing structure comprises a facing board 12 as a first member having an elastic piece 15 with a claw part 17 as an engagement part and a case 11 as a second member having a locking part 14 to which the claw part 17 is locked. The claw part 17 is locked to the locking part 14 to fix the facing board 12 to the case 11. A surrounding part 13 having an opening part 13c and surrounding the periphery of the elastic piece 15 are formed on the case 11, and a deformation prevention part 13a preventing the elastic piece 15 from being deformed to the opening part 13c side is formed on the surrounding part 13.
