Brake lever comprises a threaded hole defined in a body (10), a connecting ring (102) formed on the body, a lever (11) pivoting close to the threaded hole, a hydraulic cylinder (12), an oil chamber formed inside the hydraulic cylinder and an annular groove (124) formed around the outer surface, an oil sleeve (14), a tube formed on the oil sleeve, a cover (15) and a sealing element for preventing oil leaving the oil sleeve. Preferred Features: The oil sleeve and the tube are hollow and made from transparent material. The hydraulic cylinder has O-rings fixed on two sides of the annular groove around the hydraulic cylinder and in contact with the oil sleeve.
