PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle-mounted information communication apparatus in which power consumption or communication cost is reduced by performing transmission processing of vehicle information only when it is absolutely required after ignition off. SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted apparatus 10 transmitting remote confirmation information and operation negligence information, as vehicle information, to a center 14 through a DCM 20 after ignition off and accessory off of a vehicle, is provided with: a sub-microcomputer 28 having a function for judging whether transmission of collected vehicle information to the center 14 is required and consuming relatively little power for accomplishing its own function; and a main microcomputer 26 having a function for requesting transmission of the vehicle information to the center 14 for the DCM 20 and consuming relatively much power for accomplishing its own function.
