PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin-inorganic material composite sheet excellent in handleability and providing a cured product having high impact resistance and reliability for moisture absorption. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin-inorganic material composite sheet is obtained by forming an epoxy resin composition containing a phenolbiphenylaralkylepoxy resin having≤80°C softening temperature and 60-95 mass% inorganic filler so as to have 10-1,000μm thickness in uncured state onto the surface of the carrier material.
