<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for measures against skimming on a debit terminal and the like and to improve prevention effect of an encryption code surreptitious reading in input of cash card information. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone terminal 90 is provided with a debit payment function for using cash card information and the like stored in an IC chip to communicate with a debit information processing center 100 or an electronic money management center 110 for performing debit payment and a processing function for holding a payment amount as an electronic money usable in a game parlor in the IC chip after completion of debit payment. The cellular phone terminal 90 holding the electronic money in the IC chip by the debit payment processing can be used for issuing a card or borrowing balls when it is brought close to an IC card reader/writer part installed in an electronic money terminal 70, a card issue machine 60A, and a card processing unit 50 inside the game parlor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
