PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an application technology of a vesicle capable of improving the odor left after the use of a perfuming product such as the residual odor of laundry washed with a washing liquid, the residual odor of hair washed with a shampoo, etc., and the residual odor in the oral cavity washed with a mouth wash and capable of emitting stable odor. SOLUTION: The vesicle prepared at least from polyprenyl phosphate or its salt and polyprenyl alcohol is incorporated with at least one kind of substance selected from fragrance, flavor and medicinal agent.
