PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for capturing objects without injuring them by making a net fly underwater. SOLUTION: The capturing tool comprises a narrow base loaded on a launcher, a bag- or cage-shaped net part attached onto the tip of the base with the opening turned forward, and a closing means functioning to close the opening of the net part after launched from the launcher. A skeletal member is furnished on the net part to retain its shape. The closing means includes a string for joining the launcher and a capturing part to each other, and the opening of the net part is designed to close by pulling the string. When a user launches this tool 1 at an object with the distance to the object falling within the length of the string, the tool advances with the opening turned forward, and in this process, the object is contained into the net part.
