Disclosed herein are a head-extended pile for supporting load of a structure and a constructing method of the same. The head-extended pile has a reinforcement part provided at the front end of the pile. The reinforcement part has a diameter larger than that of the pile so that the front end supporting force of the pile is increased. When the head-extended pile is applied according to the present invention, the stability of proof stress of the pile, improved construction workability, and better economic efficiency are expected.
