<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of uniformly heating a food in a short time without burning it when roasting sesame, soybeans or trepang. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker is provided with a heating coil 6 performing induction heating of an object to be heated container 2, an inverter circuit 7 supplying a high frequency current to the heating coil 6, a float prevention means 8 preventing float of the object to be heated container 2, a vibration key 11, and a control device 9. When the food is put into the object to be heated container 2 which becomes hot and the vibration key 11 is pressed, the control device 9 stops the float prevention means 8 and changes the output of the inverter circuit 7 for vibrating the object to be heated container 2 and vibrating the food put into the object to be heated container 2 to uniformly roast in a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
