PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile electronic apparatus to autonomously change its operating state at all times at an interior of an aircraft and other places wherein the use of the electronic apparatus is undesirable. SOLUTION: When a 400 Hz detection antenna 206 detects a radiation wave radiating from a 400 Hz AC power supply used in the interior of the aircraft, a 400 Hz electromagnetic detection section 205 informs a control section 208 about it. The control section 208 interrupts power of a sub power supply section 203. When the power of the sub power supply 203 is interrupted, since the supply of power from a main power supply section 207 to a wireless section 202 is stopped, transmission/reception of a communication radio wave of a mobile wireless communication apparatus 2 is stopped.
