PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna assembly capable of reducing the entire assembly in size and reducing the loss of reception signals. SOLUTION: In the antenna assembly 10, a substrate 64 is fixed to the center of the front surface 12a of a ground conductor plate 12 through an attaching member 76, a low noise amplifier circuit unit 60 is arranged on the substrate 64, and the low noise amplifier circuit unit 60 is covered with a shield cover 62 electrically connected to the ground conductor plate 12. Since the low noise amplifier circuit unit 60 is arranged on the front surface 12a of the ground conductor plate 12, a distance between the low noise amplifier circuit unit 60 and power supply patches 16a-16d, that is the entire length of conductors 66a-66d for power supply, is shortened and power supply losses of the conductors 66a-66d for power supply to the reception signals are reduced, the entire assembly is reduced in size and the attenuation of the reception signal inputted to the low noise amplifier circuit unit 60 is suppressed.
