PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device capable of eliminating the need of an external device for lubrication and lubricating the rolling bearing supporting a shaft rotating at high speeds without using compressed air and a spindle using the rolling bearing device. SOLUTION: A pump 9b sucking and discharging a lubricating oil in a tank 9a storing the lubricating oil and a nozzle 9c communicating with the outlet of the pump 9b and having a lubricating oil outlet opening in an annular space between the fixed ring 3b and the rotating ring 3a of the rolling bearing 3 to supply the lubricating oil discharged from the pump 9b to the rolling bearing 3 are assembled in a housing storing the rolling bearing on the outside of the rolling bearing, for example, on a spacer 4 for the outer ring.
