PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely receive a warm temperature effect provided by far infrared rays at ordinary home without any large-scale apparatus. SOLUTION: This chair is provided with: a seat 11 having a seat face and a backrest made of paulownia wood formed for releasing the far infrared rays; a heat insulation member 30 provided on the inside of the seat 11; and a heat generation sheet 40 which is provided extending through areas which is on the inside of the seat 11 and forms at least the seat face and the backrest and releases the infrared rays. Regarding a chair like this, paulownia wood releasing the far infrared rays is used as the main material, so that at least the seat face and the backrest generate heat with the heat generation sheet 40. Thus, it is possible to easily and safely receive the warm temperature effect by the far infrared rays at ordinary home without any large-scale apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
