PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a seat heating/cooling device capable of improving the comfortability of seat air-conditioning by selecting and controlling applied voltage applied on a blower and a Peltier element according to environmental conditions in a vehicular cabin. SOLUTION: The seat heating/cooling device comprises a seat 3 formed with an air blow-off hole 3a, the blower 51 leading air in the vehicular cabin into a seat 3 and blowing off that to the air blow-off hole 3a, a Peltier element 52 heating/cooling the led air in the vehicular cabin, and a seat air-conditioning control device 37b controlling the blower 51 and the Peltier element 52. The seat heating/cooling device is provided with an air-conditioning unit 21, and an air-conditioning control device 37a controlling the air-conditioning unit 21 on the basis of operation information set by an occupant and temperature information detected by various sensors. The seat air-conditioning control device 37b controls at least either one of the air volume of the blower 51 or the applied voltage of the Peltier element 52 according to an air-conditioning load obtained on the basis of the set information and the detected information.
