<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a method to fire a molding to be a spacer, which contains glass, a ceramic filler, and an organic resin, for making such a tall spacer on the surface of a substrate as used in FED, the spacer is not accurately formed due to firing shrinkage of the spacer, and the spacer is deformed or peeled from a substrate due to a large difference of firing shrinkage between the substrate and the spacer. <P>SOLUTION: The porcelain composition contains glass containing at least PbO and/or Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and contains, as a filler, metallic Si and/or metallic Sn, and ZnO and/or SnO<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
