PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hose with a sealing layer in which the innermost layer of a fluororesin is bonded to the sealing layer in sufficient bond strength and the sealing layer is not peeled when a metal pipe of the opponent's side is pressed into the hose. SOLUTION: In the hose 12 having a resin layer as the innermost layer 16, a plasma treatment is performed on the inner surface of the innermost layer 16 and a connecting portion 22 of an end part of the hose to thereby perform surface modification.
